Bay Ridge Condo Renovation
A Bay Ridge pre-war condo opened into a relaxed bachelor pad built for views, comfort, and game-day hosting.
Project summary
In this Bay Ridge condo renovation, we converted a dated pre-war unit into a modern bachelor pad. The client wanted an environment where he could relax and enjoy the views of the nearby Verrazano Bridge, as well as host friends to watch sporting events. We removed the walls separating the kitchen, dining room, and living room to make the television visible from each area. Plenty of comfortable seating and a home bar were added to create the ultimate Super Bowl party destination.

Design Moves
Removing the walls between the kitchen, dining room, and living room improved flow and made the television visible from every major zone. Comfortable seating and a home bar were added to make the space work hard during gatherings.
